The Thumbprint interface provides methods to get the thumbprint of the remote PSC. This interface was added in vSphere API 6.7.

Method Detail

get

java.lang.String get(ThumbprintTypes.RemoteSpec spec)

Gets the SHA1 thumbprint of the remote PSC. This method was added in vSphere API 6.7.

Synchronous method overload. Result of the invocation will be reported as a method return value.

Parameters:

spec - Information used to connect to the remote PSC.

Returns:

The thumbprint of the specified remote PSC

Throws:

Unauthenticated - if the caller is not authenticated.

Error - on exception.

get

java.lang.String get(ThumbprintTypes.RemoteSpec spec,
                     InvocationConfig invocationConfig)

Gets the SHA1 thumbprint of the remote PSC. This method was added in vSphere API 6.7.

Synchronous method overload. Result of the invocation will be reported as a method return value. Use invocationConfig to specify configuration for this particular invocation.

Parameters:

spec - Information used to connect to the remote PSC.

invocationConfig - Configuration for the method invocation.

Returns:

The thumbprint of the specified remote PSC
