The PscRegistration interface provides methods to get and set the PSC_EXTERNAL appliance a VCSA_EXTERNAL appliance is registered with. This interface was added in vSphere API 6.7.

get

PscRegistrationTypes.Info get()

Get information of the PSC that this appliance is registered with. This method was added in vSphere API 6.7.

Synchronous method overload. Result of the invocation will be reported as a method return value.

Returns:

Info structure containing information about the external PSC node this appliance is registered with.

Throws:

Unauthenticated - if the caller is not authenticated.

NotAllowedInCurrentState - if the appliance is in NOT_INITIALIZED state.

get

PscRegistrationTypes.Info get(InvocationConfig invocationConfig)

Get information of the PSC that this appliance is registered with. This method was added in vSphere API 6.7.

Synchronous method overload. Result of the invocation will be reported as a method return value. Use invocationConfig to specify configuration for this particular invocation.

Parameters:

invocationConfig - Configuration for the method invocation.

Returns:

Info structure containing information about the external PSC node this appliance is registered with.

Throws:

Unauthenticated - if the caller is not authenticated.

NotAllowedInCurrentState - if the appliance is in NOT_INITIALIZED state.
