Generally, used in combination with RelatedAttributeConditionalExpression to constraint the values related to another attribute on the same resource. This object is always used in conjunction with some exression. Returns:

Parameters:

rhsValue - New value for the property.

Returns:

The current value of the property. When clients pass a value of this class as a parameter, the property must contain all the properties defined in ConstraintValue. When methods return a value of this class as a return value, the property will contain all the properties defined in ConstraintValue.
