Retrieves certificate thumbprints for ESXi hosts or vCenter Server instances.

Description¶

The Get-VCFCertificateThumbprint cmdlet retrieves certificate thumbprints for ESXi hosts or vCenter Server instances.

This example retrieves the ESXi host's certificate thumbprint for an ESXi host with The fully qualified domain name of sfo01-m01-esx01.sfo.rainpole.io.

This example retrieves the certificate thumbprints for the vCenter Server instance belonging to the domain sfo-m01.

This example retrieves the vCenter Server instance's certificate thumbprints for the vCenter Server instance belonging to domain sfo-m01 and a matching issuer "rainpole".
