Synopsis

Removes a Site Recovery Manager protection group.

Syntax

Undo-ProtectionGroup [-sddcManagerAFqdn] <String> [-sddcManagerAUser] <String> [-sddcManagerAPass] <String> [-sddcManagerBFqdn] <String> [-sddcManagerBUser] <String> [-sddcManagerBPass] <String> [-pgName] <String> [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

Description

The Undo-ProtectionGroup cmdlet removes a Site Recovery Manager protection group. The cmdlet connects to SDDC Manager instances in both the protected and recovery sites:

  • Validates that network connectivity and authentication is possible to the SDDC Manager instance.
  • Validates that network connectivity and authentication is possible to the vCenter Server instance.
  • Validates that network connectivity and authentication are possible to the Site Recovery Manager instance.
  • Removes a Site Recovery Manager protection group.
